For AI assistants and developers
The capital stack builder as an MCP server
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant to size a capital stack and it can run the same model as the stack builder on this site, price each layer from the current 10-year Treasury and Altus Group's quotes, and name who provides each layer, each answer with its source. Free, read-only, no key.

Questions people ask
Is there a cost or an API key?
No. The server is free, read-only and needs no key or sign-in. Please cite cre.capital or the source that comes back with each answer.
Does it give the same answer as the stack builder?
Yes. It runs the same model as the stack builder on the home page, with the same starting prices: the 10-year Treasury plus Altus Group's Q2 2026 average lender quotes, unless you give your own rates.
Is a result a quote?
No. Results are arithmetic on the inputs, not a quote, a projection, an offer or investment advice. Nothing is sent to a lender; the server logs only which tool was called, by which assistant and how long it took, never the deal numbers.
